The foods that is benefit for your brain

Red meat, for its iron content. Healthy levels of iron improve function. When iron levels are low, it blocks oxygen in your body, causing both mental and physical fatigue. Again moderation is recommended.
Soybeans for their healthy protein and fiber, which are both good for heart and artery health. The recommended serving is one cup a day.
Tomato juice and spaghetti sauce because of their folate, lycopene and other nutrients that keep arteries young.
All of the foods here are easily available and easily added into our daily meal plan.  Fruit and nuts are delicious in any salad.  Healthy fats can be used in cooking or in salad dressings.  Not only do they combine to make a delicious meal, they will also leave you satisfied and pleased with how fresh and healthy they taste.
